Sheer cream 1970s blouse by Philippe Ronsard with ruffled Pierrot collar of accordion pleats. Comes with a matching tie for the collar. Features long sleeves with gathered, buttoned cuffs. Closes with six cream buttons under a covered button placket.

Condition Note: The shoulder pads have started to disintegrate.
