The dress has a sleeveless bodice with a draped cowl neckline sitting above a blouson waist that releases into a finely pleated skirt (accordion pleats) with a ruffled, corded hemline.
The dress closes in the back with a metal zipper, and is fully lined in robin’s egg blue acetate.
